About us
This website and store are operated by Naadziwin Craft Supply, a sole proprietorship based in Wikwemikong, Ontario. By using this website or making a purchase, online or in person, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using the site
You must be the age of majority in your province or territory, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase. You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to hack, disrupt, or copy it.

Products
We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately. However, natural materials such as hides, feathers, shells, and bone vary, and colours may look different on your screen. Product availability can change without notice, and we may limit quantities.

Prices and payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, and shipping are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund, even after it has been confirmed.

Orders
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or an item is out of stock. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we will refund you in full.

Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. If your order doesn't arrive, see our Return and Refund Policy. If we ship outside Canada, you are responsible for any customs duties and for making sure items, such as feathers or natural materials, can legally be imported into your country.

Our content
Our photos, logo, product descriptions, and other site content belong to Naadziwin Craft Supply and may not be copied or used without our permission.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
