Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders are packed and shipped within 2–3 business days. During markets, pow wows, or holidays, processing may take a little longer, and we'll post a notice on the site when it does.

Shipping within Canada
We ship with Canada Post. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location. 

Estimated delivery times after shipping:

• Ontario: 2–5 business days
• Rest of Canada: 4–10 business days

Remote and northern areas may take longer. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Local pickup/delivery
Free local pickup/delivery is available in Wikwemikong / Manitoulin Island. Choose "Pickup" at checkout, and we'll message you when your order is ready to arrange a time.

International shipping
We currently ship within Canada only.

Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, we'll reship it once you pay the new shipping cost.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll help. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
